OUR POLICIES
Read our policies carefully before booking your trip. Please remember that we are river guides, not river gods. We can’t guarantee the weather or that you’ll catch a fish. We will, however, work hard to ensure a great experience all around.
Payment Policy
- $100 non-refundable deposit due at booking
- Balance due at the end of your trip
- Military discount of 10%
- Gratuity not included in total cost (20% gratuity is standard)
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation prior to 14 days before the first day of the trip carries no obligation
- Full payment is required if cancellation occurs within 14 days of the first day of the scheduled trip
- Reschedule is at the guide’s discretion
Weather Policy
- Trips are NOT canceled for weather except for dangerous or life-threatening conditions
Client Expectations
- Clients are expected to obtain a TN fishing license, including the trout stamp, prior to scheduled trip dates (these can be purchased at takemefishing.org)
- Clients must bring appropriate clothing for the weather- including rain gear, polarized sunglasses, and sunscreen
